We have recently just completed our third 90-day campaign with Bisset & Steedman. In our first two campaigns we focused on building the foundations of a 12 month digital transformation for the business that was going through a period of innovation, adding a designer kitchens department to their established appliances showroom. We have completed some incredible work with Bisset & Steedman, and our most recent campaign was about using paid advertising, email marketing and social media in synergy to accelerate the growth of the business. And, we would like to share some of the key successes from our first two campaigns.
Our first focus was the creation of a fresh new brand and visual assets that clearly told the story of the business and the different departments within it. Once the branding was complete we completed a one day video and photoshoot, and by using lean methodology and a really tight script and schedule we were able to capture the following content, providing us with 6 month’s worth of social and web content.

Our 1-day shoot was very cost effective and our efficient editing provided us with lots of reusable content.
One we had the necessary assets, we got to work on social media campaigns to activate & grow an already engaged audience, with our main focus on using organic social media and promotions to encourage this audience to down the sales funnel and to deliver an increase in revenue.
Because of the foundational work that the business had already done to engage their audience on social channels, the results from our organic campaigns were pretty incredible:
One of our key strategies, was organic promotion, and the first competition that we developed for the business reached over 105,000 people, and had over 14,000 engagements. (including 980 likes, 2.2k comments & 2,245 shares).
The focus for this promotion, was to filter competition entrants into a messenger bot sequence to enable us to initiate a value add sequence and encourage them to take an action. The results were great, with a 100% open rate and a 27% clickthrough rate to the website landing page we wanted entrants to visit. When you compare this clickthrough rate to an email click through equivalent of 3.6%, you can see why the client was delighted.
